A walkthrough credit allows you to generate one complete AI-designed 3D space that can be explored in your browser.
Do one-time credits expire?
No. Walkthrough credits purchased through one-time packs never expire.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription remains active, up to the plan’s maximum balance.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Purchased one-time credits remain available. Unused subscription credits expire after the subscription ends.
Can I purchase more walkthroughs while subscribed?
Yes. Pro and Studio members can purchase discounted top-up walkthrough credits.
Can I use one credit for an entire house?
One credit is intended for one connected walkthrough project. Large homes or separate spaces may require multiple credits depending on project size.
Can I edit a finished design?
Each walkthrough includes seven days of standard editing. Pro and Studio users receive additional editing and export features.
Is Colzera for homeowners or professionals?
Both. One-time packs are designed for homeowners and individual projects. Subscription plans are designed for frequent users, designers, contractors, builders, and other professionals.
